- App Usage Data: Features used, interaction patterns, and preference settings
Health Data (Optional, iOS & Android)
If you choose to enable health-based features, we may access certain Health Data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This access is entirely optional and requires your explicit permission.
- Health Data is cached in device memory for up to 30 seconds to reduce repeated queries
- This cache is automatically cleared when the app is closed
- No Health Data is permanently stored on your device or our servers
- Health Data is never transmitted off your device
Information We Do NOT Collect or Transmit
We are explicit about what we do not collect:
- Health Data: step counts, exercise minutes, and any other health information remain exclusively on your device
- Content from blocked applications
- Your browsing history
- Personal communications or messages
- Usage data for apps you have not explicitly limited
- Which specific apps you choose to block or allow
App blocking/unblocking preferences and related data are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

- Focus Session Data: Retained to provide historical insights and progress tracking
- Health Data: Not retained. Cached in device memory for up to 30 seconds and cleared when the app closes. Never stored persistently or transmitted.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls limiting employee access to user data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data
- Request deletion of your Personal Data
